Using portable iRiver mp3 recorders, seventh grade students on the Navigator Team will be introduced to the world of podcasts and creating audio files during the 2008-’09 school year. Here are the guidelines for their first project.

Based on ideas presented in the "This I Believe" radio series originated by broadcast journalist Edward R. Murrow in the 1950's and recently renewed by National Public Radio on their "Morning Edition" and "All Things Considered" radio shows, seventh grade students will be asked to write essays that reflect a core value or belief that helps to guide their daily lives.
